Born in Fife in the 1970s, I spent my youth in Gloucester, England. Moving to Elgin in 1989, I developed a love of skateboarding and drums. After an MA in English Language & Literature at the University of Edinburgh, I drifted into graphic design, then worked in Japan where my love of photography developed.
I am a founding member of The Photographers Collective, an organisation established to support and promote Scottish photographic talent. Established in 2010, The Collective acts as a platform for new photography, and each year our annual exhibition features Showcase members.
